Search Committee Nominations

Nominations to serve on the Search Committee are now being received. All candidates must be members of the parish, having either been confirmed, received, or transferred from another parish, and actively engaged in the mission and ministry of the parish. Past Search Committee members, clergy, and staff are not eligible to serve on the Search Committee.

Members of the Search Committee will have the opportunity to grow as individuals and in community throughout this process. Members will construct and execute a quality process so important to a quality outcome.  They will engage in a process of discernment with the Holy Spirit and one another to present a candidate for Rector to the Vestry for approval. 

 THE COMMITMENT: 

• There will be very significant time requirements at various points in the selection process, particularly in the Spring as we consider candidate applications. 

• Members should be prepared to work to a schedule set by the group. 

• There will be individual assignments on specific portions of our agenda going forward.
