I never thought I would be recording another CD, but this past fall, after a service at St. Joseph’s, several people came up to us and asked when we would be recording to which I said: Never. But then Megan & I started to really consider the possibility. We love our sound. We love the way our voices blend. We love the songs we have chosen to sing. I am not getting any younger and who knows how long I will have a voice. Plus, I believe we are called to sing – to lift people’s hearts through song. We sing to bring hope, beauty, peace, and grace into hurting souls, into a hurting world. In a way, this CD is a bookend to my all-gospel CD “Hallelujah! Amen.” which covered hymns from the 1790s-1945. This CD is for the most part contemporary gospel / spiritual / reflective songwriting.

So, here it is: 15 songs of hope, beauty, and grace – Songs for the Journey
