Collective Labyrinth Walk November 21 for Trans Day of Remembrance and Resilience

November 20 is Trans Day of Remembrance. Join our deacon, The Rev. Kate Wisz, at the St. Matthew's labyrinth on Thursday, November 21 at 6:00 PM to observe Transgender Day of Remembrance with a collective labyrinth walk. Labyrinth walks are contemplative walks done by groups with a shared intention, meditation, and reflection. In this way, we honor the lives and memories of transgender people whose lives were lost in acts of anti-transgender violence. All who have been impacted this year by violence against transgender folk are invited to share a name or names of those who have died or been harmed. Kate will include them in the group's collective intention.
