17th Annual Pauli Murray Service

Please join us on Wednesday, July 1st at 6:30 pm at St. Titus Episcopal Church, 400 Moline Street, Durham, for the diocesan-wide 17th Annual Pauli Murray Service. The Rev. Dr. Pauli Murray (1910–1985) was a pioneering American civil rights activist, legal scholar, feminist and Episcopal priest. A deeply influential figure in 20th-century history, Murray shaped the legal strategies for desegregation and gender equality, and was the first African American woman ordained as an Episcopal priest. We hope you can join us!
