Supporting Our Neighbors without Shelter

Please check out the list attached for items needed both for the cold weather shelter in Chapel Hill this winter as well as for those neighbors among us living unsheltered..  It contains links to Amazon Wish lists:

Items ordered through Amazon can be delivered directly to staff for the Partnership to End Homelessness. In addition, there will be a green bin in the Parish House foyer labeled for donations of new and gently used items on the list.

St. Matthew's is partnering with Hillsborough Presbyterian to provide and serve food for 4 weeks this winter when the temperatures in Chapel Hill are predicted to be 32 degrees or colder during those 4 weeks.  If you can help with providing food and/or going with Ellen or HPC members to the shelter in Chapel HIll to serve food, please sign up on this link: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C054DA4A72AA3FEC43-66599751-cold#/ or contact Ellen for more details.

Please contact Ellen McRae (919-630-0587 or emcrae75@gmail.com) with questions or for assistance with signing up to serve our neighbors living unsheltered throughout the winter. Thank you for the generosity this parish continues to offer.
