Reflections on a Celebration

On Sunday, July 26, we gathered for a special reception honoring Susan+, to celebrate her time with our Parish Family and to wish her well on the next chapter of her ministry.

Susan+ shared with everyone that she treasured her time with us, but is excited to have some time to rest as she prepares for her next assignment.

She will be sharing her wonderful gifts with El Buen Pastor in Durham, a Spanish speaking parish in our Diocese.

As we reflect on our time together, we give thanks for the many blessings she brought to our church family—her wisdom & grace, fearless spirit, and the steady presence she shared with us all during her time with us as Interim Rector, most memborably, her leadership for the Capital Campaign to restore our organ, "Miss Lizzie;" what a wonderful legacy, she left.
