RESCHEDULED: Annual Parish Meeting

The St. Matthew’s Annual Parish Meeting had to be rescheduled due to a winter storm.  Please mark your calendars and plan to attend on the new date, March 15, at 9:15 am.  We will gather in the sanctuary and on the Worship Zoom Channel.  

The main business of the meeting will be electing three new members of the Vestry, receiving parish reports, and a presentation of the parish budget.  Active parish members over the age of 16 who are also baptized members of St. Matthew’s are  eligible to vote in Vestry elections.  The names and brief biographical information about this year’s Vestry nominees are available at the link below.  

If you are a voting member and unable to attend the meeting in person, please contact the parish office. to obtain an absentee ballot.  The deadline for requesting an absentee ballot is Wednesday, March 5, and must be returned by Friday, March 13, in order to be counted.  If you already submitted an absentee ballot for the original date and are now able to attend, please contact the parish office.
