St. Mary’s Chapel Homecoming: Aug 16

The Celebration of the 74th consecutive St. Mary's Chapel Homecoming Service will be held on Sunday, August 16, at 5 pm.

People return to honor the tradition of worship, to enjoy the fellowship of family and neighbor, to remember those buried in the cemetery, and to celebrate the on-going significance of this particular piece of earth.

The public is invited to attend this once-a-year service of Evening Prayer in an Orange County historical landmark. The Rev. Miriam Saxon, Priest Associate of St. Joseph's will preach, The Rev. Stephanie Yancy, formerly of St. Titus' will officiate, and the Women's Singing Circle of St. Matthew's will sing.

St. Mary's Chapel is located at the intersection of St. Mary's & Schley/Pleasant Green Roads.
