Family Ministries: Shifting Our Volunteer Approach
Through some helpful feedback about timing, scheduling, and volunteering hopes, I changed the format of our volunteer sign-ups.
Below you'll find an outline of our needs across our different ministries, Morning Choice Time, Youth Group, Village Church, and the tasks that help sustain them. They are outlined by level of time commitment/regularity. This approach will better help us meet needs across the board, while also honoring that people need different ways of being able to contribute to our community.
If you had signed up to volunteer over the summer, scrap that, I'll be using this format moving forward.
