Congratulations to Stephany and Will, who welcomed Christoper James into the world on Saturday, May 4th. They are now home and doing well, adjusting to Christopher's earlier than expected arrival. May Happenings:
Family Chapel at 10:30 am: we will not meet May 12 but will return May 19 and then take a break for the summer. Meet at the bottom of the steps of church at 10:30 to walk to the education building together. Parents are welcome.
NOTE: No Youth Group May 12, as had been previously scheduled. Celebrate your moms!
Taco Wednesday, May 14, 5:45- 7:00 pm
Join us for the last Taco Wednesday of the program year. Bring a topping, side, or dessert to share and enjoy tacos, fun and fellowship!
Pentecost Sunday Brunch/ Afternoon Youth Potluck, May 19
Pentecost Brunch, 9:15-10:15 am. Come celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit in our feasting and fellowship together. Bring a brunch dish to share.
Youth and Family Potluck, 5:00-6:15. Come enjoy time together and we'll begin to share and think about ideas for next year. Bring a dish to share.
Summer:
Is there something you might be able to host or coordinate over the summer for children, families, parents? A kids play date, a book group, a FEST crafting night for parents? An idea that's been stirring in your head but you're not quite sure how to make it happen? Let Lisa know and she can brainstorm with you about how to make it happen.
